Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this key role of  Packaging & Artwork Project Manager will take ownership and manage a wide range of packaging projects to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget. This role will provide the opportunity to use your cross functional team working skills.

Key Responsibilities:       

  • Manage multiple packaging projects on time and to budget.

  • Work across functions to gather the relevant inputs at the start of a project, manage the approvals process and conduct post-launch evaluation.

  • Use consumer & competitor insights to develop clear briefs for packaging design agencies.

  • Work with the planning and sales teams to manage the roll out of new packaging to ensure zero stock write off

Marketing Skillset:

  • Highly capable in project management skills

  • Experience of dealing with artwork and repro for packaging.

  • Experience working with an online assets management system is preferable but not essential.

Personal & Leadership Skillset

  • Able to communicate with and manage multiple colleagues in an unstructured environment

  • Demonstrates the flexibility required to work within a small marketing team

  • Thinks entrepreneurially and creatively to overcome obstacles and create opportunities

  • Is detail orientated in approach and is results driven

  • Has a “can do” attitude and drive to get things done

Education & Experience

  • Required: Project Management. Desirable: Prince qualification

  • Required: Experience in a B2C environment. Desirable: FMCG experience.

  • A clean full driving license is required to be able to drive to work and off site meetings.
