Sales Executive - Catering / Disposables
PK4541 - SALES EXECUTIVE – CATERING/DISPOSABLES
Salary based on experience £30-45K + OTE + Car/Allowance + Expenses
Our client is a leading supplier within the Catering and Janitorial Disposables and Goods Not For Resale industry who provide customers with cost effective products without comprising on quality. They supply a broad range of products from carriers to paper, foil & plastic food grade packaging/ containers to refuse sacks and tableware.
As a diverse, well invested and growing business our client has built an impressive client portfolio and supplies to small businesses as well as multi-nationals within the UK, Ireland and Europe.
They currently require a field based Sales Executive, ideally located in the Midlands although suitable candidates in other areas will be considered. This is for a £6million division within the group and they require someone to sell specifically into the Wholesale / Cash and Carry sector. There is a large portfolio of existing accounts to manage based around the UK and you will also be targeted on new business generation. Frequent travel will be expected and regular contact with the office is preferred.
- Delivery of KPI’s for Head Office and customers
- Creation of specific stock management built around customer systems
- Margin enhancement with existing customers
- Maintain and develop customer relationships in order to achieve set budgets and targets
- Manage nominated key accounts and achieved new profitable sales growth
- Development of strategic key account plan
- Bid preparation and tendering
- To monitor, report and assess account performance against account expectations
- Identify new business opportunities, competitor activity and work with market analysts
- To provide timely, accurate and up-to-date reports on account activities and opportunities
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background and substantial experience selling any type of catering or janitorial disposables into Wholesale markets.
