Our client is a leading carton manufacturer supplying to predominately the food market throughout the UK, due to a major account win (£10million) my client is looking for an excellent candidate to be responsible for this new customer for the first 1 – 2 years (new customer, new set up, relationship, etc).  The candidate can then have extra customers and also grow professionally within the business

An exciting opportunity has come available for a knowledgeable Key Account Manager to join one of the world’s largest manufacturers of folding cartons. The role will see you being a key part of the Sales department by managing the relationship with a key customer account (£10million), ensuring relationships are meeting customer expectations in line with key the objective of profitable growth.

Our client is looking for someone who has strong key account management skills coupled with technical experience in the packaging industry (ideally paper and/or board) and has experience working under pressure.  You must be open to travelling in West Europe (30/40% of the time) and have experience managing large accounts
