Sales Manager – Pharma | Caps, Closures & Dispensers | UK – Home Based | Excellent Salary

Global leader with manufacturing capabilities worldwide. A customer focussed, innovative packaging group – this is an organisation who specialise in innovative dispensing systems for the beauty, personal care, home care, prescription drug and consumer healthcare markets.

The primary role of Sales Manager will be to maintain and develop business opportunities for a full range of caps, closures & dispensers for a number of key customers across UK and Scandinavia.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Maximising the full sales potential of the product portfolio
  • Achieving and exceeding sales, market share and profit targets
  • Identifying and capturing opportunities for business growth e.g. key accounts potential, new projects or added value services
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with relevant customers
  • Attending internal and external, local and international business meetings
  • Covering UK and Scandinavia; based anywhere in the UK

Key attributes required:

  • Knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical packaging is ESSENTIAL
  • Successful sales record in pharmaceuticals/medical devices/primary packaging
  • Proven sales management experience, including management of negotiations at high level
  • Degree in business, pharmacy, technical or scientific fields
  • IT competent in the use of email, Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • A second fluent verbal and written European language would be advantageous
