Package: €85,000 + 10% Bonus + Company Car
We are currently working in partnership with a global manufacturer specialising in caps and closures. As a result of strategic growth throughout the business, our client is now looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to join their ever growing business. The region is considered to be of significant growth potential and as such someone with the ability to grow the area through business development and the scope to take on greater responsibility is highly sought after.
Managing a multi-million revenue portfolio across the food, beverage and nutrition sectors this position will be predominantly weighted towards growth through new business development to expand upon the existing portfolio - this is a territory that is seen as having huge growth potential. The successful candidate will be networking extensively at varying levels and functions within these accounts, identifying and progressing customer projects. Through process you will be expected to map the market identifying the key industry players devising a contact strategy that will develop a pipeline of opportunities.
The successful candidate will need to have experience in solution selling across the packaging arena focusing on business to business sales. This position offers an accelerated progression plan offering a more senior position with a clear time line in place. The ideal candidate will need to have management capabilities as you will be managing both on a direct and project basis.
