Area Sales Manager - Netherlands
We are currently working in partnership with a global manufacturer specialising in caps and closures. As a result of strategic growth throughout the business, our client is now looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to join their ever growing business.
This region is home to the company’s highest profile accounts across the food, beverage and nutrition markets. Due to high success within these accounts they are now looking for someone that can maximize these multi -million revenue relationships with developing return for more commoditized products while also engaging with leading customers on bespoke projects.
The successful candidate will be networking extensively at varying levels and functions within these accounts, identifying and progressing customer packaging development needs. The desired candidate will need to have a proven track record in business to business sales within the packaging arena and also have strong capabilities in solution selling across various markets. The ideal candidate will predominantly have a strong technical understanding across the packaging sector and be able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, and also be comfortable in negotiating with global senior buyers.
