Position:Customer Services Administrator
Reports to: Customer Services Team Leader
Location: Coalville
Hours: 9.30am to 5.30pm however, there will be a need to demonstrate flexibility in your hours of work where necessary in order to meet customer needs.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Effective customer liaison
  • Accurate order input
  • Optimising customer OTIF expectancy
  • Efficient processing of customer complaints
  • Liaison with despatch and transport to achieve OTIF
  • Management of new specifications through artwork, die cuts and case makeup with a high attention to detail
  • Proactive communications with customers to develop relationships and quotation follow ups
  • Have a desire to increase casemaker and board sales
