Business Development Manager | Decorative Shrink Sleeves | Southern UK | Basic Salary Dependent on Experience + Bonus/OTE

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and winning new business across the south of the UK
  • Developing accounts to maximise revenue once on board
  • Selling decorative shrink sleeve solutions into the Food, Drink, Household, Personal Care, Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical sectors
  • Liaising with internal product development and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions


Key attributes required:

  • Current experience selling decorative shrink sleeve products into multiple markets
  • Solutions and consultative led approach to selling
  • Proven experience dealing with clients in the Food, Drink, Household, Personal Care, Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical sectors would be considered extremely advantageous
  • Track record in developing existing client business
  • Accomplished at winning new clients through a solutions led approach
  • Based in or around the south of the UK
