A fantastic opportunity has arisen, for a proven customer service professional to join a market leading supplier of packaging solutions.

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 base

Location: Northampton

Additional Benefits: Bonus, 25 Days Holiday, Pension

The role will require you to provide a full customer service facility: Internal Account Manager – Packaging
  • Ensuring that all enquiries/queries are dealt with promptly and to the highest level
  • All orders are actioned accurately
  • Goods are despatched to customers on time
  • Deal with telephone calls from customers requesting product prices and availability
  • Support external sales and undertake an element of outbound calling to further develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
We are interested in receiving applications from candidates with the following: Internal Account Manager – Packaging
  • You must have be self -driven, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality
  • A natural forward planner who critically assess your own performance.
  • You will also be reliable, enthusiastic and capable of learning new skills quickly
  • You will have a track record within a business to business customer service environment.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a courteous telephone manager and have a professional attitude.
  • Strong influencing skills with experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A track record of success telesales, customer services or account management
  • Knowledge of the packaging industry or manufacturing processes would be of distinct advantage, although not essential
It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles in the past or currently and in any of the following markets:
  • Internal Account Manager, Customer Service Manager, Internal Account Manager, Telesales , Telesales executive, Customer Service executive, Internal sales
