Hours of Work - Depending on Site: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to be involved in internal sales, using Shuttleworth to complete estimates and process orders etc.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Ensuring excellent standard of service and high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and within the team
  • Take enquiries for estimating / samples ensuring all customer requirements are met and understood
  • Communicate any customer requirements to cad and the production team
  • Active purchase orders sent from customers and follow through until the product is delivered
  • Order and trace materials required for jobs, liaising with production regarding delivery
  • Output work tickets for production ensuring correct information is logged to prevent any issues that could / may occur through production
  • Address any customer questions / complaints / concerns to a satisfactory resolution
  • Open and maintain customer accounts and liaise with the accounts department
  • Working in a timely manner ensuring that customer calls are returned within 2 hours, quotes are sent the same day or within 24 hours and work tickets where relevant are issued within 3 days
  • Comply with any other relevant request made by management
  • Ensuring health, safety and other legal requirements are maintained at all times
  • Respond to and ensure the ISO standards, together with any other system / procedures are maintained at all times
