Customer Service Executive | Speciality Finishing | Leicester | £26k-£29k
An industry innovator with sites across the country, our client provides award winning, high quality print finishing services on a national scale. Offering a wide range of solutions for decoration, protection and enhancement, they have a wealth of experience dealing with brands, retailers and publishers, adding value to a full range of printed products.
On a day-to-day basis, as Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for:
- Working from the company’s offices in Leicester as part of a team of 3
- Handling requirements for clients
- Taking initial enquiries and overseeing through to delivery of completed jobs
- Providing technical advice to clients to ensure they receive optimum print finishes
- Estimating using SalesForce
- Liaison with, and coordination of, external outworkers/suppliers
- Prospecting/upselling other print finishes and product offerings
Key attributes required:
- Experience in client services for print; taking instructions, following a brief etc.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for account growth
- Indirect, if not direct, exposure to print finishing
- Ability to maintain and extend client relationships
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel, as well as in house systems and software
- Excellent telephone manner
