Customer Account Manager, West Yorkshire

As the new Customer Account Manager, you will play an important part in upholding the excellent reputation that this business has built over the years. You will be assigned a portfolio of existing accounts to look after, ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times.
Working as part of the Customer Service team, you will work towards achieving targets both for individual accounts as well as for the site as a whole, encouraging growth where possible. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will ensure that all customer requirements are communicated effectively both internally and externally, building close and long-lasting working relationships.
You will have the opportunity to work with some very prestigious accounts across food, beverage, healthcare and cosmetics markets, developing account strategies using the MIS system to manage and produce reports.
In order to be considered for this role you must;
- Have a proven background working in a similar position for a packaging manufacturer in order to have a good technical understanding of printed packaging
- Fluent in the use of excel
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Thorough approach, always paying close attention to detail
