As a Customer Account Manager, you are the first point of call for customers and so you will have the responsibility of helping to ensure that the excellent reputation, that the business has built, is maintained. You will have the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with prestigious accounts, some of which you will visit occasionally, furthering your skill set.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for servicing your own portfolio of existing accounts. You will be tasked with consistently providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that customer requirements are communicated effectively both internally and externally. Working as part of the Customer Service team, you will use the MIS system to manager and produce reports and will work towards targets both on individual accounts as well as for the site as a whole.

In order to turn this opportunity into a reality you must;
- Have a proven background working in account management or customer service within the packaging industry
- Demonstrate a good technical understanding of printed packaging
- Comfortable in using Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills
