Office Based Sales Manager – Catering Disposables
OFFICE BASED SALES MANAGER – CATERING DISPOSABLES
£35K - £40K + Commission + Car / Car Allowance + 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Laptop + Phone + Pension
Our client is a leading supplier within the Catering and Janitorial Disposables, they supply GFR and GNFR cost effective products without comprising on quality. They supply a broad range of products from carriers to paper, foil & plastic food grade packaging/ containers to refuse sacks and tableware.
They are currently looking to recruit an Office Based Sales Manager to manage and support the internal and external sales team (2 x Internal Sales & 1x External Sales).
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Sole responsibility for managing and motivating the sales team
- Responsibility for speaking to customers and visit customers when required
- Go through and answer questions on the sales reports completed by the sales team
- Grow, develop and mentor the team
- Be involved in the recruitment process for future team members
- Work to set team targets
- You will have full visibility on costings and will have the authority to make decisions
