Packaging POS UK Sales Manager
DAPY - DO INTERNATIONAL, International Luxury Packaging Group leader in the plastic injection multi - materials and POSM, is looking for a UK Sales Project Manager in the course of its development. Our offer covers a wide range of products: Cosmetics, Alcohols and Spirits, Fine foods, Jewelry & Watches etc. Our customers are internationally renowned brands, leaders in their sector.
Attached to the Sales Director / business development department, you are in charge of managing and growing a customer’s portfolio within Spirits, Champagnes, Cosmetics, Fine Groceries ... But also expanding the sales in UK in alignment with the group's strategy.
You are in charge of the UK market and you are building short, medium and long term development plans.
You’ll organize and ensure the proper implementation of the business development in UK from the client’s initial brief to the final sample approval:
- Market and competition analysis
- Analysis of customer’s portfolio and researching new prospects
- Mastering deadlines according to the production schedule
- Pricing analysis, costs, margins ...
- Innovation and new technologies survey
You are totally involved out there in the field and deeply into the customer’s strategy orientations. You recommend and advise the client on the market pros & cons.
True interface with the R&D department and the production sites (4 manufacturing plants), you benefit from the support of a Sales team based in Paris (France), and a logistics department.
You bring to your customers a real added value and advise them with a custom and tailor-made packaging solution in technical, sales and logistic terms.
You have a successful experience of at least 5 years in a similar role acquired in the Packaging industry.
You have a strong knowledge of the Luxury brand players (Purchasing, Technical development, Marketing, Design agencies ...) and deep expertise of the Spirits, Champagne, Beauty / Cosmetics and or Food sectors is ESSENTIAL.
