Area Sales Manager
My client is a leading worldwide packaging manufacturer, which is part of a multinational group. Its UK business possess strong manufacturing capabilities an enviable customer base. With an ambitious growth strategy, they are looking for an Area Sales Manager to focus on new business as well as manage an existing portfolio.
- Reporting to the Key Account Director this position will see you managing an existing portfolio of key accounts with some of the UK’s leading names.
- Joining a team with a strong identity, there is a unique feel to the team with a genuinely open and honest culture.
- Given this unique relationship, you will work to establish strong relationships with Merchants, Distributors, and a myriad of end users.
- You will develop a strategy aimed at growing existing accounts through introducing new products and services in addition to enhanced cross selling.
- Pivotal to the role is an end-to-end understanding of each customers’ needs, limitations and overall goals in order to deliver a bespoke proposition.

- A demonstrable record of accomplishment of sales success within a packaging organisation with extensive experience of blue chip account management.
- Experience in a position managing either Merchants, Distributors and end users would be highly beneficial.
