Our client is at the forefront of the UK’s self-adhesive label industry. With a strong reputation for utilising the very latest technologies they have built an enviable reputation within specialist food and drinks, cosmetics, toiletries, healthcare and luxury sectors.

They are recruiting for an additional Sales Executive to join a dynamic and forward thinking team. To work in a home based regional capacity to develop new business opportunities offering brand and development to medium and large FMCG companies.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales and communication skills and a background in the label industry, preferably with flexo, digital and hotfoil process knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying prospects
  • Pipeline management
  • Generating revenue and acquiring customers
  • Customer evaluation and procurement
  • Key account management
  • Sales process management
  • Accurate forecasting
  • Development of best practices for leading successful sales campaigns
  • Develop a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth
  • Devise creative, "out-of-the-box" ideas and implement them
  • Be responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines
  • Giving feedback to management

Key Attributes Required:

  • Proven track record showing the ability to open new accounts
  • Experience and deep understanding of account building
  • Knowledge of the label industry is essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High levels of enthusiasm
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
