Quality/Continuous Improvement Manager - South West
This large printing organisation seeks a talented Quality Manager to deliver customer expectations in terms of quality. You will have excellent influencing skills and a strong personality and a genuine desire to find the root cause of any problems and eliminate these issues by proactively changing the business processes to prevent these issues from occurring again. Although you will be managing a team, man mangement experience is not a prerequisite, providing you have the passion and drive and the ability to analyse the current systems and come up with new ideas and processes to continually improve the current business processes. The role involves, auditing, business improvement, maintaining quality standards and achieving new quality standards currently being sought by the organisation.
The role will comprise of managing all aspects of the daily function of the Quality Department; driving and maintaining a robust quality and management culture. Ensuring all products are provided in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible, conforming to legislative requirements and meeting customer’s expectations will also be of the upmost importance for this role.
