Our client specialise in the manufacturing of customised industrial packaging with a focus on FIBC’s, Woven and non-woven PP Bulk Bags, Sacks and Jute Sacks. With a stock call off service as the perfect solution for customers who can take advantage of the cost benefits in volume buying. 

Our client also have the capabilities of sourcing a wide range of high quality packaging products made from various materials and fabrics that are manufactured to meet your individual requirements.

Due to strong growth they are looking to add to their team with a field based Sales Executive to generate new business form their extensive database, lapsed customers and ideally from their own industry contacts. 

The role will be home office based with fortnightly visits to the office, you will be responsible for managing your own diary and appointments and will have full administration support from the office.

The ideal candidate will have the following abilities;

  • A good technical sales understanding of FIBC’s
  • A proven track record of winning, growing and retaining new business; a wide exposure to business relationships with a variety of companies; keen to adapt to innovation and the introduction of new products to develop new business opportunities 
  • A self starter who is versatile and flexible to new situations; able to work under pressure to high standards and expectations to meet tight deadlines 
  • Initiative: Able to use own initiative in decision making; adapt effectively and work well both in a team environment and individually; professional and motivated with the necessary drive to succeed in all aspects of business
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels; strong negotiation and problem solving skills

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years proven sales record in a new business sales environment within the FIBC, Bulk Bags or Sacks industry.
