The successful applicant is likely to currently be employed as shift supervisor or overseer within a similar environment, will demonstrate a willingness to undertake additional administrative and managerial tasks through their own initiative, including compiling productivity reports.

Leading a small team of 3 or 4 Operators, you will have strong communication and leadership skills, combined with a desire to ensure that the service the team provides to clients is truly World-class.
