Position: National Account Manager

Location: UK – Field Based

Salary: £27K Maximum

Their core manufacturing strengths are in Labels, Packaging Manufacturing and Plastics coupled with their leadership position in Packaging Distribution, enabling them to deliver fully integrated and innovative packaging solutions to their customers in every market sector. They provide national coverage with their network of strategically-placed Regional Distribution Centres throughout the UK offering a vast range of stock packaging products and their experienced sales teams have industry knowledge to source bespoke products most suited to their clients needs.

The Role: • To manage you’re assigned Accounts to ensure that the sales and profit targets are achieved and exceeded. • To work in a constructive manner with your Co-ordinator and promote co-operation with your Transport and Logistics colleagues. • To be responsible for the development of others by passing on your experience to any relevant staff.

Requirements: Experience within corrugated packaging or general packaging is essential as are strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking and communication and influencing skills. Customer facing experience is also essential to maintain and develop existing accounts whilst building effective working relationships.
