Our client is a leading provider of personalised cards, transactional mail and print to the telecom, retail and membership markets.

Due to ongoing expansion, there is now a requirement for a Customer Services Representative to join the business. Responsible for the delivery of documentation and supplying accurate information to ensure that the customer’s requirements are met and achieved.

Candidates should possess proven experience in either a customer services or account coordination type role. You will be an organised, self-disciplined individual, timely in handling administration associated with the job, in addition to having a high focus towards customer service and delivering objectives.
