The Role: • You will be responsible for generating new sales leads with in the packaging industry. Having previous telesales experience you will be used to listening to specific requirements from potential customers to identify their needs. • Having come from a sales background you will be a motivated individual who wants to have a long term career with future potential opportunities to grow with in the company • To support our outbound sales strategy, contacting new and existing customers. Work closely with our sales manager in developing new business, generating leads and opportunities, maintaining contact with some key accounts, mainly telesales type work • Assist in product launches via mail shots and telephone campaigns • Provide regular analysis on competition • Maintain CRM database cleanse, segment and update • Provide cover to our inbound sales team during absences and holidays, this would include sales order processing administration, liaison with our warehouse and dealing with packaging enquiries from customers Requirements: • Confident individual with the ability to generate new business through a profession sales manner over the phone • Good organisational skills, team player and can work unsupervised • Located with in commutable distance to the office • Computer literate: MS office standard packages essential (Excel intermediate to expert level), CRM database essential, preferably ACT. • Must have at least 2 years proven track record in a target driven environment. • You will have been involved in marketing campaigns and understand basic marketing principles. Must have produced reports mainly in excel format to be used in management reviews. Ideally, reporting will have been conducted on competitor analysis or similar
