Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for formulating and delivering the sales strategy for the UK and export markets which will deliver key objectives on profitability and sales growth. Providing direction to a team of Business Managers, Account Managers and Agents worldwide, you will develop strategies to increase market share in existing markets and maximise new business development opportunities.
Ideally educated to degree level with a proven track record of developing successful sales and marketing strategies on a European wide basis, your experience will have been gained in a value added packaging or technical solution environment e.g. coatings or inks. Fluent in English and ideally a second European language, you must be a team player, capable of building strong relationships, both internally and with customers in order to develop new markets which match the company’s NPD and manufacturing capabilities.
