Job: Customer Services Assistant, Mercury Search and Selection

Specialising in perfect binding, saddle stitching and folding, our client is a well established, medium sized Print Finisher who are centrally located.

Acting as the first point of contact for all customers, you will oversee the production process from the initial quote to final delivery, liaising with the customer throughout.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of print terminology and although this is an office role, a background and/or understanding of print finishing would be advantageous in order to provide continuity and quality of service to the customer.
