Position: Account Manager – Direct Mail 

Location: North East – Tyne & Wear

Salary: Circa £23k

The Company: The company is one of the UK's largest mailing houses, with a fully automated facility and over 15 years of experience in the production, enclosing and mailing of direct mail for both Agency and blue chip clients. Being a key part of the SAGA group, allows us to c The Role: They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Direct Mail Account Manager. The role will involve working on one their biggest accounts co-ordinating large Direct Mail campaigns and ensuring all work is produced and delivered to strict deadlines. The role will involve handling the whole process from order to despatch with a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Requirements: It is imperative that applicants have excellent customer service skills and have worked in a similar environment. Furthermore they MUST have Direct Mail experience and understand the processes involved with this including, lasering, enclosing, mailing and fulfilment. Some Print/Litho knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
