Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative the successful Candidate will be an important part in a team who operate in a busy and successful working environment.
As the first point of contact for new and existing customers - while also offering support to the sales and marketing team, you will spend the majority of your time talking to customers on the telephone and assisting with their enquiries.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
An enthusiastic Sales Professional with a positive dynamic attitude.Ability to provide first class customer service. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM Systems. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Fast learner and passion for sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proven results in a sales based role. Industry knowledge of the packaging market not compulsory but would be advantageous.
