OUTSOURCING CO-ORDINATOR - FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 12 MONTHS

Our client is a market leading packaging manufacturer based in the North West, they are currently looking to recruit an Outsourcing Co-ordinator on a fixed term 12 month contract to assist in all areas of the supply chain during 2019.


Main Duties:

  • Manage the outsourcing process organising work being moved to and from the company
  • Liaise with the purchasing, scheduling and sales teams to determine outsourcing levels and action the outsourcing process in conjunction with the outsourcing co-ordinator
  • Provide regular updates on status of outsourced work to purchasing, scheduling & sales teams
  • Ensure that external suppliers are meeting the requirements of the company
  • Holiday cover for production & board scheduling staff
  • Reporting to the Scheduling Manager

Minimum Skill / Qualification Requirements:

  • Educated to GCSE standard
  • Have a clear understanding of scheduling operations within a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of outsourcing processes
  • Ability to work within a team
