SALES MANAGER

MIDLANDS / SOUTHERN UK LOCATION

£Up to 55K (Depending on Experience) + Commission + Company Car + Pension

Our Clients are a luxury Cosmetics, Beauty, Fragrance and Personal Care Packaging Company who design, develop and deliver turnkey and bespoke projects for prestigious household name brands globally right through to the small independent producers and start-ups.

They are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for a home based role with three main objectives:

  • To manage Key Accounts, building relationships and to develop significant business potential offering the companies' vast range of solutions and services. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, you will recognise and act upon commercial opportunities, identifying and providing solutions to clients' needs, and will work with the factories to find solutions i.e. quality/delivery/competitiveness. You will be a natural relationship builder and work efficiently across borders and time zones.
  • You will have established brand (not filler) contacts within this market in the UK and Internationally. You will be confident in developing new business strategies that result in increased dialogue and the opportunity to win £multi-million contracts within a target list of companies. You will use strong interpersonal skills to achieve outstanding results.
  • Maintaining a focus on finer details. You will have a dedicated sales support team, however, this client will require someone who has a great eye for detail
  • and is happy to remain involved in the minutiae of each account rather than passing on all day to day responsibility. You will be organised and efficient and take pride in offering the highest possible level of service to customers.

A typical week could involve a minimum of 4-5 client appointments, working from home or working from the UK offices. The Key Accounts are located around the UK so there is an expectation you will be able to travel.
