This is an exceptional career opportunity to take up a key role at Manor Packaging, part of the growing, privately owned and well invested Fencor Packaging Group, offering excellent scope for someone seeking to develop into a broader, commercial management position, in the short to medium term.

Manor Packaging is a highly invested, corrugated sheet plant, capable of producing an increasingly complex packaging portfolio including conventional corrugated cases and shelf ready/retail ready and e-commerce packaging. Its point of differentiation is the quality of service it provides to its customer base. 

Reporting directly to the General Manager and responsible for the management, motivation and training of the Customer Services Team (of 4), you will become the ‘voice of the customer’ when interfacing with design, sales, commercial, planning and warehouse and distribution teams, to ensure that customer expectations are managed at all times. This will involve managing the effective co-ordination of all customer orders from initial enquiry and sample provision, through quotation and processing of orders, to final despatch and invoicing, including effective stock management on behalf of customers. In due course, the role will involve principal responsibility for estimating.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate an understanding of all aspects of the supply chain and the impact it has on customer care. Your experience will ideally have been gained in a corrugated/carton/print/packaging sector or a similar fast-moving manufacturing environment. You will be robust and resilient and able to demonstrate well developed communication skills and an ability to lead and develop a team in a dynamic and demanding environment.
