Genuinely Flexible on basic salary depending on level of turnover + Commission + Company Car

Our Client is a very stable, well invested and successful manufacturer of printed folded cartons and sleeves who have BRC and Pharmaceutical accreditations, they are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to manage their smaller clients in the North West Region and generate new business.

Requirements:

  • Background in Carton Sales - any digital sales would be an advantage.
  • Develop a new account base as well as networking around existing accounts.
  • A go getter with a positive approach.
  • Experience dealing with both Blue Chip and SME Clients.
  • A self-starter who is able to take direction but work with minimum supervision to set and achieve targets.
  • A good communicator, with good interpersonal relationship skills, throughout all levels of the company, suppliers and customers.
