Internal Account Manager

You will be joining packaging organisation whose name is known worldwide. They seek an experience internal account manager to be responsible for the following:
- Manage a set portfolio of accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Evaluate and convert sales leads into orders
- Translate client needs into something the business can act on
- Upsell where possible
- Maintain pricing levels to optimise sales and margin
- Identify which part of the organisation is best suited to do the job in hand
As this leading company’s successful candidate, you will have proven experience in a similar role within the packaging industry. We are looking for someone who possesses strong communication skills and who displays strong influencing and negotiation skills.
To separate you from the rest you will be highly organised with a focus on delivering a high quality of customer service and delivering exceptional results.
Knowledge of the packaging merchanting industry would put you at an even greater advantage, as would knowledge of the world of e-commerce.
