Sales Admin Support - Food Service
SALES ADMIN SUPPORT
£20K + 25 Days Holidays + Employee Discounts
Working Hours; 9am till 5pm, Monday to Friday
Our Client is a foodservice wholesaler and is currently looking to recruit a candidate in a Sales Admin Support role to join their Sales Team.
The chosen candidate will provide analytical information to support the achievement of the Independent Sales and Margin budget with particular focus on Cash Margin and Margin per Item. As well as supporting a team of business managers.
You will need to be able to work as part of a team and equally on your own initiative.
You will be competent in Microsoft Office with the ability to produce excel spreadsheets and power point presentations.
- Proteus product swap information to grow margin
- Identify and address low margin power and contract pricing
- Investigate Negative Margin reports and action
- To fully support Company price reviews working alongside the Regional Finance Team and HoFTS
- To build alongside the HoFTS a quarterly plan to improve Margin for the area of responsibility
- To feedback daily / weekly to the HoFTS areas of concern or Margin Decline
- Action daily KPO pricing to reduce credits
- Ad Hoc reports to support sales growth
- Verify any requests for credits
- General supporting admin for HOFTS / FSM
