ACCOUNT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR

Our client is a leader in the field of Packaging and Print for the Luxury, Retail, POS, Commercial, Exhibition markets, offering a comprehensive portfolio of integrated services and solutions. As an award-winning supplier of premium products, from design through to print and installation they offer brand owners, blue chip and SME clients the best integrated solutions - in effect the organisation offers a full print / packaging management service.

Our client is looking to recruit an Account Manager/Estimator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising directly with clients, sales colleagues and production team to identify solutions to their challenges
• Building working relationships with internal and external suppliers and customers to facilitate the smooth running of all projects
• Managing projects from brief to completion, co-ordinating samples, proofs, and approvals to ensure a suitable completion
• Ensuring work is produced within operational guidelines and records are kept in a standard format
• Identifying opportunities within the client and escalate to the sales contact to support account development

Key Attributes:

• Experience in a print related project management environment, with good print knowledge
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels with clients, suppliers and colleagues, orally and in writing
• Actively participate as a team member in achieving them goals when required
• Excellent communication skills to work well with both colleagues and clients
• Positive can-do attitude, who works well with both colleagues and clients
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Experience using a print related MIS
• Ability to produce estimates for print projects
• Ability to raise job bags following their process control maps
