Our client is specialist luxury gift and corrugated packaging company, providing clients with a range of products such as rigid boxes, bespoke gift boxes, presentation packaging, luxury packaging products and a full range of bespoke corrugated packaging

They are currently recruiting for a bright and personable Administrator / Accounts Assistant to work in their busy sales office.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a sales team, will have previously worked with SAP software. Bookkeeping or accounts experience would be beneficial. Work will include answering the phone, keeping information systems up to date, processing orders, making delivery arrangements, and picking and shipping samples to customers.

They pride themselves on excellent customer service, so a friendly and helpful approach will be key.
The office and warehouse is a busy environment and tasks will vary; an ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects will be essential.

  • Ordering pallets via Linkline software
  • Raising delivery notes
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Quoting international shipping costs
  • Tracking via DPD and DHL
  • Daily Shopify payment/paypal checks
  • Processing refunds in shopify/SAP
  • Filing delivery notes
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Taking stock/sample orders over the phone in shopify
  • Picking and packing stock samples
