Listgrove has been tasked by our client to recruit Regional Sales or localised Salespeople, to work from a home location, in several countries.
As a Leader in the production of innovative Industrial Stretch Films, with many patented products, the business has exceptional sales across multiple countries throughout Europe, the Americas, Africa, Australia and the Middle East.

Candidate Profile:
- We are open to consider candidates who have direct sales experience, into Key Accounts [end-customers], regardless of what packaging products or materials are sold. This includes cartons, tapes, labels, shrink sleeve, shrink film, packaging machinery and/or other similar products.
- To be a strong candidate for this position, you should demonstrate your ability to manage multiple accounts, ideally cultivating relationships from the ground up. Additionally, leveraging your existing business network to identify opportunities for selling a new product, such as stretch films, will be highly beneficial.
- While prior knowledge of stretch films is not required, technical support will be available to facilitate product demonstrations for clients.
Job Purpose:
- The role’s responsibility includes the effective management of the commercial activity within the region, to drive sales volumes & revenue and achieve its profitability targets within each country.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implements all actions regarding sales generation, evaluation, and continuous review & refinement of sales area.
- Responsible for the successful management and business development of distributors & key accounts on the geographies & industries that he /she operates
- Organizes and implements marketing actions, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing, Branding & Communications Department
- Prepares the required sales documentation on sales performance to present to senior management team.
