An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join our internal sales team for a period of up to 12 months to cover for maternity leave ‐ reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
The role is the point of contact for designated customers and potential customers and supporting the external Sales Team.
Handling new enquiries, order processing, maintaining and managing customer stock levels from customer forecasts collating information for new & changes to existing products, ensuring accurate information for manufacture. Keeping customers informed of any issues that may affect the customers product or delivery.
The suitable candidate will have excellent communication skills, have good attention to detail and be required to demonstrate initiative, flexible thinking and self-motivation. You must also possess excellent IT skills. This is a fast moving environment and will, at times, mean working under pressure to achieve tight deadlines.
Experience of Sales Office and Customer Services activities are essential, experience in the packaging industry would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
