Our client is a supplier, distributor and manufacturer of self-adhesive labels and labelling systems. The range covers a wide variety of technologies bringing together every conceivable type of label media to identify, brand or secure products. Products are designed specifically to support the electronics, electrical and white goods, manufacturing and automotive industry, scientific / laboratory research facilities & industrial applications.

They are currently looking to recruit a Customer Services / Sales Support Technician who is IT literate and has some knowledge of label software and thermal transfer machinery.

The role will be 50% customer services from creating quotations, through processing orders to delivery of goods and invoicing. The remaining 50% is sales support so you will help to support existing customers and to deal with new customers. This will include site visits where you will install drivers and remove any old software that may corrupt installations. You must be IT and software savvy although full training on the hardware will be provided.

*Knowledge of Bar Tender or Nice Label would be a distinct advantage.
