We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Manager to join us at an exciting time for our business, as we enter a period of accelerated growth and development.

Based in East Anglia, we are a leading packaging manufacturer that have built a strong reputation for delivering high quality cartons, luxury, and shelf ready packaging solutions to the Beauty & Cosmetic, Premium Spirits, Personal Care, FMCG, Retail and Horticultural markets. We are well established, fully ISO and BRC accredited, and have continuously invested in new technology and capabilities as part of a significant investment strategy to improve efficiency and broaden our offering to customers across the whole business. This position offers an exciting and invigorating senior role in our business.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will play a significant impact in an ambitious, growing business. Utilising your strong man management experience, you will lead and empower the Customer Services team, responsible for helping to deliver outstanding service for our clients. You will split your time across working with clients and the wider teams. As a natural leader, you will work closely with and inspire your team, ensuring end-to-end project delivery as well as keeping a close eye on the commercial details. Delivering exceptional client service through excellent customer service and product delivery.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE….

* Current or recent experience operating as a Customer Services Manager
* Strong communication skills and IT capability
* Self-starter attitude - capable of identifying opportunities to improve process and communication
* Ability to deal with multiple requests and prioritise workload
