Salary £22,395 - £23,707 when fully trained (including shift premium)
Continental Shift Pattern - operating 24/7

Working to strict quality controls, you will need to have a keen eye for detail and able to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. The role is set-up and run a machine to convert printed reels into stacks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Die Cutting Skills
• Setting up of belts
• Setting up of stacking unit
• Good mechanical knowledge
• Operate within Company safety policy at all times.
• Full training given, however previous experience in operating automatic slitting/inspection machinery required.

Skills Required:

• Previous print and packaging experience
• Understanding and knowledge of coating adhesives, additives and release agents
• Understanding and knowledge of films, papers and plastics
• Good problem solving skills
• Numerate
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under own initiative

• Record Keeping
• Mechanical experience, ideally on large scale manufacturing machinery
