Internal Sales / Account Manager - Warm Leads




Salary Guide: £22-25K + Pension + 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas Close Down

8-4pm Monday to Friday

Our Client is a specialist within the design and manufacture of corrugated products and packaging solutions. With many years experience in product development and production they have earned a commanding reputation as leaders in transit packaging, RRP and POS for FMCG markets.

Currently looking to recruit a Internal Sales / Account Manager candidate to be based within their West Midlands office, the ideal candidate will have a previous working history within corrugated packaging, however my client will consider candidates from any other packaging sector

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with sales director in managing body of key accounts
  • Following up on warm sales leads arranging meetings and generating new business
  • To ensure that customers are informed of any changes to their request and to provide bespoke solutions to satisfy clients demands and be efficient in problem solving strategies in regards to customer complaints and problems.
  • To liaise with internal and external departments to optimise quality of service, sustain good working relationships and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer focused Account Manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organisational skills
