We are seeking a proven, dynamic and self-motivated sales professional, with knowledge of working in the corrugated/packaging industry, working remotely in the North of England.

As a Key Account Manager you will:

  • Manage your time to achieve your own personal objectives, which includes building and maintaining your own pipeline to deliver your own budget and ensuring that SLA`s and stock agreements are adhered to, for the benefit of both parties.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks.
  • Ensure that your sales pipeline is maintained accurately and fit for your regions needs, as described and documented in 1-2-1 meetings with Regional Sales Manager.
  • Develop and communicate with the Regional Sales Manager and Head of UK Sales (or Sales & Marketing Director), a clear sales strategy for your area.
  • Ensure that all of your, customer contracts and agreements are filed and maintained on the public drive and that all Paper Price Index reviews are carried out and applied in accordance with the customers SLA.
  • Ensure that the businesses sales strategy is carried out at a regional, local and personal level.

Skills/experience required

  • It is essential to have external sales experience within the corrugated/packaging industry.
  • The ability to self motive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to resolve conflict.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
