We have a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading providers of conventional corrugated Packaging solutions and manage one of their Key Accounts.
The role of the key account manager will be to acquire a thorough understanding of this key account’s needs and requirements, and develop trusting relationships with the members of their team. Through developing this understanding of their needs and wants, you will be able to expand the relationship by continuously proposing solutions that meet said objectives.
This chance to work with a renowned brand requires a customer-focused individual. Key to this role will be strong communication skills, to serve as a link of communication between this key client and internal teams. You will be a fast thinker and creative problem solver to resolve any issues and problems faced and deal with any situation in order to maintain trust. With experience in a similar role, you will have the skills to prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to stakeholders using key account metrics.
