Our client is a market leading packaging manufacturer supplying predominately FMCG packaging. Based in the North West of England our client has an exceptional reputation for their outstanding levels of quality and service supply some of the world's leading brands. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Manager to join their team, working closely alongside the Head Of Sales.

The candidate will receive full training. They will consider candidates from any packaging background, however experience working with clients in the food sector is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of a portfolio of approx. 4 large customer accounts (these will be big brand names)
  • Developing positive relationships with customers, colleagues and team members
  • Establishing and maintaining trust and support of customers, colleagues, managers and teams
  • To be active in the support of acquiring new customers and organically growing current customers
  • Encouraging self-development and self-motivation
  • Promoting good working practices and procedures
  • Offering support and guidance to individuals as required
  • A robust individual who can adapt to different and challenging situations
  • You will need to visit the office at least twice a week
