Our client creates packaging for some of the world’s most famous luxury brands. From state-of-the-art facilities in various parts of the world, they produce customised packaging of incredible quality and craftsmanship. Established as a key creator, manufacturer and supplier of high-quality packaging solutions, they are looking to grow their client base in the country renowned for its sophisticated product offering. The aim of this Business Development role is to take the business to the next level, further increasing market share and presence in the industry.
The Business Development Manager’s role include:
– Identifying potential clients and markets for luxury packaging products, including bags and boxes.
– Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
– Cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.
– Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional materials and campaigns.
– Conducting market research to identify trends, competition, and new opportunities.
– Participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the Company’s products.
– Providing timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance.
Responsibilities include:
– Actively seeking out and establishing new business opportunities.
– Understanding clients’ needs and proposing suitable packaging solutions.
– Negotiating contracts and closing deals in line with company policies.
– Collaborating with the production facility to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
– Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
– Reporting directly to the Sales Manager and providing regular updates on sales activities.
– Maintaining accurate records of sales, contracts, and customer interactions in the company CRM system.
– Staying updated with industry trends and developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
– Effectively communicating with team members, clients, and internal stakeholders.
The Business Development Manager will work remotely, with occasional visits to European offices & production facilities as required by the Company.
