About the Role
As our Sales and Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind expanding our client base and enhancing customer relationships. You will operate across two key locations—Port Talbot and Newbury—working on a hybrid basis, typically spending 2-3 days a week in-office and the rest engaging directly with clients on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Develop tailored packaging solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Report on sales metrics and performance trends, contributing to strategy discussions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B sales or account management—experience in packaging sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly between client sites and our two main offices.
