Reporting to the Operations Director you will be responsible for leading the business with a robust sales strategy, progressive business culture and best in class performance. Grow key customer relationships, retain existing business and driving new business development.
It is essential you have technical knowledge in the injection moulding processes, with a focus on customer satisfaction and commercial acumen. Lead from the front, promoting strong customer service and relationship building
⦁ Set sales strategies and lead the day-to-day running of the sales and customer service team.
⦁ Involved in the P&L and business growth strategy
⦁ Bring technical excellence to the business and use it to create differentiation with customers
⦁ Contribute to improved margins, quicker speed to market and enhanced client experience
⦁ Provide monthly reporting to the management team detailing performance measures
⦁ Robust understanding of injection moulding products and processes
⦁ Commercial awareness and market intelligence
⦁ Well organised and an eye for detail.
⦁ People orientated and a collaborative leader
⦁ Strong computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
⦁ Experience in a senior commercial leadership role
⦁ Strong knowledge in injection moulding.
⦁ Strong team leader with excellent communication at all levels, both written and verbal.
⦁ Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
⦁ Commercially astute and common-sense approach
⦁ High level of initiative and a proactive approach to work
