JOB TITLE: SALES MANAGER - HEAVY DUTY POLYTHENE PACKAGING

LOCATION: Hybrid Working - Prefer North West of England but all other locations within a reasonable commute to the North West will be considered

INDUSTRY: Printing, Packaging, Flexographic print, Flexible Packaging, Extrusion, Polythene, Heavy Duty Bags, Sacks, Pallet Wrap, Stretch Wrap

SALARY: £30-35K + Commission + Bonus (OTE Circa £50K) + Company Car

COMPANY: Our client is a leading manufacturer, they extrude, print and convert polythene heavy duty sacks, stretch wrap and pallet wrap/ covers, plain & flexo printed up to 6 colour. Core markets are in Food, Construction, Pharmaceutical, Agricultural, Animal Feed, Pet Food, Pet Care, Chemical, Fuel, Mailing & Courier etc.

THE ROLE: Hybrid working Sales Manager - Our client is looking for a replacement Sales Manager due to internal promotion. This position will be office based a couple of days a week and field based for the remainder. The role is a mix of new business development and existing customer accounts to be passed over.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE: Key criteria for this position will be attitude and enthusiasm, this company is great at rewarding achievements, and there are fabulous opportunities to work your way up and to earn well. A background in internal or external sales within the packaging industry is required, preferably with some understanding of flexibles/ films / polythene, although full product training will be offered.
