Sales Manager – Health & Beauty | Caps, Closures & Dispensers | UK – Home Based | Excellent Salary

An ambitious business with a commitment to continuous investment to advance their market-leading technology and service capabilities.

The primary role of Sales Manager will be to maintain and develop business opportunities for a full range of caps, closures & dispensers for a number of key customers across the UK.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Maximising the full sales potential of the product portfolio
  • Achieving and exceeding sales, market share and profit targets
  • Identifying and capturing opportunities for business growth e.g. key accounts potential, new projects or added value services
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with relevant customers
  • Attending internal and external, local and international business meetings
  • Covering the UK in a field based capacity

Key attributes required:

  • Knowledge and understanding of health & beauty packaging is ESSENTIAL
  • Track record selling a full range of caps, closures & dispensers
  • Proven sales management experience, including management of negotiations at high level
  • IT competent in the use of email, Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A second fluent verbal and written European language would be advantageous
