Position: Business Development /Account Manager/ Sales Executive – Flexible Packaging

Location: Field Based – Covering the UK

Salary: £30k - £45k

The Company: Our client is a world leader in speciality packaging. Part of a large organisation they are the leading manufacturer of flexible food packaging. Offering global presence, technical expertise and world class customer service they provide creative, industry-changing packaging solutions.

The Role: • Account Management/new Business Development role (split 30/70) • Ensure a high quality service and relations with customer • Work with Technical / sourcing / Quality team to deliver project on time, within the quality and budget initial requirements • Develop adequate and innovative sourcing base for full service business • Customer satisfaction

Requirements: • Proven track record in sales • Experience working within packaging industry – particularly flexible packaging • Good negotiation skills • Experience in Food and Beverage industry Customers relations experience – strong communications skills • Self motivational skills • Organisational skills • Sales within an international context • Used to Frequent travel • Team work • Creative / innovative • Reactive / problem solving • Interpersonal qualities / contact sense • Passion for industry
